12th IAAF World Championships in Athletics berlin 2009™

The “Finish Line Area” tickets are shown marked in price category 4. Those tickets are located right next to the finish line of the running disciplines.

People in wheelchairs and their accompanying persons as recorded in their disability ID cards can get tickets (if still available) at the wheelchair entrance at the East Gate (Osttor). Unfortunately these tickets can no longer be reserved ahead of time.

All available tickets are marked in different colors within the seating chart. Seats marked in gray are not available or have been sold already.

Please note that your tickets for the 12th IAAF World Championships in Athletics berlin 2009™ will be sent according to your mailing preferences immediately upon receipt of your full payment. The World Championships organising committee explicitly states that the BOC 2009 GmbH and its partners are not responsible for the loss of tickets in transit and thus recommends mailing them using the insured services provided by the berlin 2009™ National Partner Deutsche Post – DHL.

Please note: Should a ticket go missing that has been ordered with the “express mail” delivery option, after consultation with the World Championships Organising Committee BOC, Ticket Online will provide the purchaser (user) a replacement. Should the World Championships Organising Committee BOC not agree to this procedure, the price of the ticket will be reimbursed.

- Please be certain to not remove or bend the printed bar code.

- Do not leave your ticket exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

- Do not expose your ticket to moisture.

- The BOC 2009 GmbH will not replace lost or damaged tickets free of charge. Tickets will only be reprinted upon payment of the value shown on the ticket. The only exception for which the BOC 2009 GmbH will provide a free replacement ticket is if a ticket has been stolen and the theft has been registered with the police. This will only be done upon presentation of the respective documentation before the stadium gates have been opened on the day of the event for which the tickets were valid.
